Head Chef - Harrison Cooper
Since graduating from the International Culinary Center in 2012, Chef Harrison Cooper has been a sous chef in some of San Francisco’s top restaurants over the past 7 years, including State Bird Provisions, Locanda, and Namu Gaji.
Upon relocating to Reno to lead Estella - Tacos Y Mezcal, Harrison spent several weeks in Mexico City and across the country training in some of the best Mexican kitchens to bring this new concept to life in Reno.
